Site Counter  Pro 5.0 Module Mammeter List
If your not sure how to set parameters for Mambo modules... (See: Working with the Parameters box in the articles section for more information on Mammeter use). The Site Counter module incorporates the use of Mammeters and below is the a list of those Mammeters.

Works with: Mambo OS Version 4.5

Mammeter Default Description
SCAlign SCAlign=center Aligns the actual digits of your counter output. Options are: center, left, right and justify.
SCAltMessage SCAltMessage=visitors and counting! Add a short message to the image ALT tag or after the text count when using the text based counter.

Also see:  SCShowAltMessage, SCDigitsOff

SCBorderColor SCBorderColor=#000000 Use this to change the border color. This is for IE only and uses any hex color value (e.g., #000000) or IE color name.

Note: SCImageBorder must be set to a value of at least 1 for this option to work.

Also see: SCImageBorder, SCImageBorderStyle

SCDigitsOff SCDigitsOff=no Images will display by default (no), but you can have a text counter by setting this Mammeter to yes

Also see: SCShowAltMessage

SCImageBorder SCImageBorder=0 This Mammeter is used to adjust the width of the counter digits border and is measured in pixels. Takes a positive numerical value (e.g., 0, 1, 2, etc...)
SCImageBorderStyle SCImageBorderStyle=solid This Mammeter can be used to adjust the style of the border.

Also see: SCImageBorder, SCBorderColor

SCImageDir SCImageDir=modules/digits There is no reason to change this Mammeter (all digits are installed here by default). So only make changes to this mammeter if you have changed the location of the digits. This mammeter uses the relative path from root to find the digits (images).
SCImageExtension SCImageExtension=gif You only need to change this if you create a new digit set  for this module to use and the extension is different from gif format.

Also see: SCImageName

SCImageHeight SCImageHeight=14 This mammeter is used to adjust the height of the counter digits and is measured in pixels. This will affect all digits that display.
SCImageName SCImageName=set003_black This mammeter is used to load an image set. There are 3 styles of  images with 9 different colors to select from.

Default Sets:

set001

set002

set003

Color Choices:

_black
_blue
_gray
_green
_orange
_purple
_red
_white
_yellow

...to call the red image set of set001 you would use SCImageName=set001_red

Also see: SCImageExtension

SCImageWidth SCImageWidth=16 This Mammeter is used to adjust the width of the counter digits and is measured in pixels. This will affect all digits that display.
SCInflateCount SCInflateCount=0 This mammeter will increase the hit count by an amount that you specify. This can be used to add hits from an old site to your current Mambo site or for whatever purpose you may have.
SCShowAltMessage SCShowAltMessage=no When you have set up a text counter as your counter, you can set this mammeter to yes to show (what would be an alt statement with an image counter) the alt statement with your text counter output. Set to no to hide.

Also see: SCDigitsOff

SCShowOwner SCShowOwner=yes If this Mammeter is set to yes, then a link to the creator of this module will display. You can turn off this link by using no.

Special Notes

How To Add A Digit Set?
To add a digit set you must first create or download a new image set. Your image set should consist of ten digits from 0 - 9 and be in one of the following image formats: gif, jpg or png (NOTE: if your image format is anything other than gif you will need to use the SCImageExtension Mammeter to adjust the image format type that this module looks for).

File Naming

This modules uses special file naming to load digit sets. The digits have a file name that looks like this:

0.set001_color.gif
1.set001_color.gif

or

0.set002_color.gif
1.set002_color.gif

The examples above shows two different digit sets that would display with the values 0 and 1.

The file name above is divided into three (3) parts. The first part is a digit and is the same as the digit that will show when the image is displayed (1.set001_color.gif = 1 and so on...).

The second part is the set name and is used to load the image set and separates this image set from the others. Note the use of set001_color as the name. The _color should be used in the same way with your own images. If you had created a set of images that were blue, then your image set may be called myset_blue.

(example: 0.myset_blue.gif, 1.myset_blue.gif, etc...) until you have all ten images for your new set. You would then call the image set using the mammeter SCImageName=myset_blue

The third part is the image format and can only be in gif, jpg or png formats.

Notes: you can add as many digit sets to this module as you want (must be copied to the digits folder. This folder is located in the modules directory, by default.), but can only show one set at a time and you must use SCImageName mammeter to load your new set. Also, all images must be saved as lowercase.
