Added mouseover effects to the News Flash Scroller for 4.5.1. The scroller now shows the title of each item in the status bar.

Made the details link sticky. Before this update the details link would not display with some combinations of options (this was intentional). You can still remove this if you want, but now it stays there until you set details link to no.

Cleaned up the output... this module didn't want to assume any authority over your content prior to this update, but after seeing some of the output that the scroller was displaying, I decided to strip out <p></p> tags from the content before displaying items. This new feature doesn't affect your db content in anyway. This will allow items to be neatly packed.

Added a Mammeter that offers the ability to cutoff text after a certain amount of characters display.

Did some much needed code clean up and I believe that this version is moving toward a stable version.
