Enabling TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor:
- Go to Mambots->Site Mambots and unpublish 'No WYSIWYG Editor', then publish 'TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor' mambot.
- Go to Site->Global Configuration and in the Site Tab look for 'WYSIWYG Editor', make sure it's 'TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor' and save, if necessary.
